Jihva
Jihva is a preventive healthcare product that combines Chinese medicine and technology to predict body health through tongue analysis. Here’s a demo. Jihva first captures an image of the tongue, it then analyzes the image and provide the observed conditions. Based on the conditions, it asks for a little more information, and decides if the body is healthy and balanced. If there’s imbalance in the body, which means it could potentially lead to diseases developing, it provides a list of remedies to bring back the balance. If users still have more questions, doctors who are specialized in the diagnosed conditions are provided for further inquiries. Towards the exhibition in Milan, I’d love to work on redefining the concept and interactions and building a prototype with advisement from the mentors. It is my sincere hope that Jihva can provoke the building of a better preventive healthcare system.
